I am a driven and curious designer born and raised in Colombia with an MA in Service Design from Royal College of Art, London and graduate in Design from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.

For me, the most meaningful aspect of my studies and career is the variety of fields in which I’ve worked and the diversity of projects and outcomes, shaping me into being a versatile designer. Every project in my portfolio has its unique essence, but they all share some things in common. I try to develop a different strategy to approach each one and involve the use of service design tools to get innovative and viable solutions to the distinct challenges and paying a lot of attention to detail. Also, all of them revolve around people, I’m very sensible and I like to work hand by hand with the involved actors, really understand their needs and make relevant solutions for them. Finally, I enjoy the process, specially when working on things for which I’m passionate about like business, culture, fashion, social innovation and sustainability within others.

I’m keen to explore the world through the lens of service design and make a change with the projects I take part in. I believe in a more conscious society willing to preserve the planet and collaborate to evolve and adapt with equity and responsibility towards others. As a designer, I feel committed to use my skills and enthusiasm to promote positive impact and make part of this collaboration.
